We are looking for a Site Manager who has at least 8 years of experience managing Deep Soil Mixing sites.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide guidance and support to project manager on execution of the daily production plans and activities (e.g., rig movement, and people allocation and material arrangement) at project site.

A day in the life of Site Manager
- Bring to attention and get approval from project manager for changes in required resources (e.g., OT, additional manpower or additional equipment).
- Audit and highlight QA/QC non-conformance to Site Engineer.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition (e.g., planned periodic maintenance i.e., daily, monthly etc., boom down inspections, taking effective steps to respond to breakdowns etc.).
- Support project manager on working platform safety at the project site.
- Develop direct reports through engagement, coaching and performance feedback (Product-related knowledge to supervisor and operator).
- Support innovation and continuous process improvement
- Be accountable to ensure global HSEQ programs and initiatives are implemented at project site (e.g. OSA, pre-mob inspection, 5S/Lean)
- Ensure full compliance to company's HR policies for their team.
You will need:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
- At least 8 years of relevant experience managing Deep Soil Mixing (or equivalent products) project sites
- Possess relevant safety certifications
- Experience in other ground improvement products will be an advantage

Working hours: 08:30 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri); 08:30 - 12:30 (Sat)
Work schedule: 5.5 Days (Mon to Fri & Altermate Saturdays)
